Terms and conditions
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
Who we are and what we do
The purpose of northallertondriveways.co.uk is to explain our driveway work and make it easy to request a quote. Our privacy notice names the business behind it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not responsible for loss resulting from use of the site, and your consumer rights stay the same.
Content ownership
Please don't reuse material from northallertondriveways.co.uk commercially. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Other sites we link to
Where we link to other websites, such as councils or guidance pages, we are not responsible for their content.
How quotes work
Requesting a price is free and carries no obligation. Nothing on the website is a binding offer; the quote we give after looking at the job is what counts.
About our images
Photos are used to illustrate the kinds of work described. They are not presented as records of particular finished projects.
Information is general guidance
Content here is provided for general information. Although we try to keep it right, we can't guarantee it is complete or up to date, and no price on a page is a quote. Where planning permission and dropped kerbs may be involved, please confirm the position with the council.
Using the site properly
Do not misuse the website, for example by submitting enquiries in someone else's name, introducing malicious code or scraping its content.
Agreement to these terms
Continuing to use Northallerton Driveways confirms your acceptance of these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the website.
Legal jurisdiction
English and Welsh law applies to these terms and to any dispute about them, with the courts of England and Wales deciding.
When terms change
Any changes take effect when they are published on this page, and the revision date is updated at the same time.
